husband; c. Terms of payment changed to 10% Mobilization, 30% DP and 60%
progress billing as compared to your previous contractor. All of these changes are in
your favor plus a discount to close a deal with a Total Contract Price (TCP) of 5Million
which we agreed last text conversation that this transaction is deal thats why we
rush up the Perspective, Plans and Blueprints to be signed and sealed for the
application of building permit.

nasuguran na sang team ARMCAD ang tanan sayang ang effort and mas masayang
pagd kng indi ta pag dayunun.

1. Validity of quotation are 3 months only since prices of services, materials and
permits varies every 3 months.
2. Total down payment of 30% of TCP plus 10% mobilization which amounting to
2 Million is consumed/consumable or malab-ot more or less 60 days. Which
we believe nga sa 60 days mka pangita naman na kmo siguro sang
pambayad para sa nabilin nga 60% which is pwede nga manging progress
billing or will devided in 4 months since this project duration is 6months.
