EIGHTH EDITION FOR LIFE (EEFL) PRESENTS

KORGHOS KHUL
LORD OF THE GORETIDE
By Kevin Coleman
Korghos Khul is the undisputed master of Khornes Goretide, a
massive legion of crazed warriors solely dedicated to the bloodletting
and wholesale slaughterer of all of Khornes foes.
Korghos has fought for the Lord of Skulls for over eight hundred
years, carving a path of red ruin across the Realm of Chaos and
on planes far from the known material world. The Khul has never
known defeat in single combat and after slaughtering untold
thousands, Korghos raised the infamous Pyramid of Skulls, said to
shadow the largest of mountains of his plane. For his devoted and
relentless display of carnage and genocide, Korghos was whisked
away, from his own plane by Khorne himself to lead the Goretides
of the Chaos Wastes into the Empire of Mankind.
Since emerging from the Chaos Wastes, Korghos has made
common cause with Khornes favoured champion in this strange,
new land Arbaal the Undefeated, Destroyer of Khorne. Together
the two warlords have combined their Blood Legions and have
relentless butchered the armies of Slaanesh, Nurgle, and Tzeentch.
Though the two prized Champions of Chaos are seemingly
unstoppable as allies, it is only a matter of time before Korghos and
Arbaal challenge each other for the title of Supreme Commander of
Khornes Legions.

Grizzlemaw: Grizzlemaw is the Khuls pet Fleshhound a gift

from Khorne himself and a potent mark of the Blood Gods favour.
Korghos and Grizzlemaw count as a single infantry model with a
single set of wounds and are mounted together on a 50x50 mm
base. Grizzlemaws profile is only used when he attacks in close
combat and all of his attacks count as Magical Attacks and gain a
+1 Strength bonus on any turn where he makes a successful charge.
Grizzlemaw has the Hatred (Daemons of Slaanesh) special rule. In
addition, Grizzlemaws Collar of Khorne provides Korghos with the
Magic Resistance (3) special rule.
MAGIC ITEM
Slaughter-Gore, Axe of the Khul: The Khuls axe is yet another boon
of the Blood God, a Daemon Weapon of immeasurable power, for the
bound essence of a Bloodthirster resides within this massive axe. When
Korghos is engaged in single combat with a worthy foe, the full potential
of Slaughter-Gore awakens as the axe takes on the enraged personality of
the furious Greater Daemon bound within.
Magic Weapon. Slaughter-Gore has the Killing Blow special rule. In
addition, when the bearer fights in a challenge the Axe of the Khul
gains the Heroic Killing Blow special rule.

In battle, Korghos is accompanied by Grizzlemaw, a Daemonic

Fleshhound of Khorne, and wields the massive battle-axe,
Slaughter-Gore, a Daemon Weapon said to contain the bound
Bloodthirster, Arbulgor, after the Greater Daemon was defeated by
Korghos upon the steps of the Brass Citadel in the Realm of Chaos.
With the potent blessings of Khorne bestowed upon him and the
Goretide Legion at his command, the enemies of the Blood God
tremble before the howling war cries of the Khuls armies.
