A. FACTS OF THE CASE:
The SOCO team led by the undersigned immediately proceeded to the place of
incident and arrived at about 11:20am April 10, 2016. Upon arrival, the team immediately
coordinated with P02 Kimberly Quedding, Investigator-On-Case of BCPO Station 7.

Upon arrival of the SOCO team police line was installed by P01 Shawn
Cammagay, First Responder. The victim was identified as Amber Martin, a student
assistant of the University of Baguio.
Information gathered from an On-Duty Security Guard, Allan Magalpok, that
around 11:00 AM he found the victim hanging inside the Room A704 of UB prompting
him to report the incident to BCPO Station 7 thus P01 Shawn Cammagay responded to
the crime scene to secure the area and made the proper coordination.
The team noted that there were no signs of struggle, a suicide note on the floor
written in a bond paper with a strand of hair on it, another suicide note found on the
victims pocket, victim was hanged using a blue nylon rope with the feet elevated from
the floor, and there were no traces of biological fluids at the crime scene such as blood,
semen, saliva, and the likes. Victim was wearing a dominant color brown blouse,
pinkish stripe shorts, visible ligature mark on the neck.
The SOCO Team processed the crime scene by taking photographs, note taking
and sketching. Pieces of evidence were properly collected and swabbing the buccal
area of the victim for serological and DNA examinations. The crime scene was released
to PO2 Kimberly Quedding, Investigator-On-Case. The case is under investigation by
the BCPO Station 7 Baguio City.
