STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Student Leadership Award is given to graduating students who have ably
balanced their academic studies with student activities. This award gives recognition to
those who have rendered exemplary service to the College and student body through active
leadership in student organizations.
Qualifications:
To qualify, the applicant must:
1. have passed all the subjects prescribed in the curriculum and must not have an
AW, UW or 5.00 as certified by the Registrar;
2. have residency of at least three (3) years at College;
3. be an officer of at least one (1) recognized organization on campus for two (2)
years, as certified by the Department Head/OIC or Adviser of any recognized
organization; and
4. possess good moral character and must not have committed any major offense, as
certified by the Guidance Counselor.

ATHLETICS AWARD
The Athletics Award honors graduating student athletes who have consistently
rendered outstanding performance in competitions as true Innovator sportspersons.
To qualify, the applicant must.
1. have passed all the subjects prescribed in the curriculum and must not have an AW,
UW or 5.00 as certified by the Registrar;
2. have residency of at least three (3) years at College;
3. have won (1st, 2nd or 3rd) of a College sanction athletic competition held outside;
4. be recommended by the athletic moderator for excellent performance; and
5. possess good moral character and must not have committed any major offense, as
certified by the Guidance Counselor

??? AWARD
At each commencement, the Distinguished Graduate Award is given to one (1)
graduate who best exemplifies the requirements of each College.
To qualify, the applicant must.
1. have passed all the subjects prescribed in the curriculum and must not have an
AW, UW or 5.00 as certified by the Registrar;
2. have residency of at least three (3) years at College;
3. have won (1st, 2nd or 3rd) of a competition held outside; and
4. possess good moral character and must not have committed any major offense,
as certified by the Guidance Counselor.
