Gratitude and Purification

According to Meishu-Sama teachings, human beings are a unique existence, composed by

elements, not only material but spiritual as well:
1- Soul - is the divine particle, a small part of God's nature inside each individual. It's
our source of light, happiness, love, gratitude, optimism and enthusiasm. That's why
it's is said that the secret of happiness is inside each of us.
2- Conscience - is the world of the thoughts and feelings - where it is developed the
human individuality throughout the free will conceived by God.
3- Spirit - it's a covering of the soul and conscience, placed in the spiritual world.
4- Body - it's the physical covering of our spirit, conscience and soul, placed in the

material world.
Therefore, human beings are a combination spiritual and material existence. Thats why our
life quality and destiny on Earth are constantly influenced by our physical and mental
attitudes.
All sort of negative thoughts and feelings such as envy, hate, sadness, sorrow, depression,
greed, etc. generate taints (macules) around the spirit, similar to dark clouds. This negative
energy involves the whole spirit, blocking our interior strength (soul) and preventing our
spiritual evolution.
The more macules we have around our spirit, more brutish and rude it becomes and, as a
consequence, we begin to attract several forms of suffering: such as health problems,
conflicts and financial difficulties.
Nevertheless, the opposite effect is also true: the less macules around the spirit, the greater
will be its spiritual development and purity, and we begin to attract good things to our life:
health, peace and prosperity. In addition, all positive thoughts and feelings such as
gratitude, love, respect, kindness, happiness, etc. as well as the sum of benevolent attitudes
contribute to dissolve these spiritual macules.
Johrei is the simplest and most efficient way to eliminate the macules in the spirit. Through
Johrei method, the light of God purify the spirit eliminating all impurities from it, providing
gradually a greater well-being and better conditions for the individual's spiritual evolution.
The more a person receives Johrei, the faster the spirit is purified and macules are
eliminated, reducing suffering.

individuals suffering throughout the eradication of spiritual macules.
