Medico Legal Report Form I &II used by Gurgaon Police.
3) Is there any binding on Private Hospitals for :
a) Registering MLC cases as per Latest Haryana Medico Legal Manual .
b) Submission of Medico Legal Cases in standard Form II and reporting of Police in Form I
