HUMAN COMPROMISE: The fine art of using personal digressions of sex laws, morality
norms, marital vows, or any other act not condoned by society to compromise a person.
UNWILLING ACT: Uses Human Compromise to compel a subject to perform his duties to suit
their wishes.
EXTORTION: The subject of Human Compromise is coerced for money, favors, influence, or
any other benefit.
PROFITS: Any gain financially, politically, or any other benefit derived from such action.
DUE HASTE: Immediate response and reporting to competent legal authorities and
competent law enforcement agency.
COMPLETE INVESTIGATION: Complaint must be processed and followed-up to see that the
complaint was investigated to its fullest extent and a legal finding of guilt or innocence was
determined.
ASSETS OF PERPETRATORS: The personal assets of the individual or the assets of the entity.

members from the general public in good standing, one victim, an ex-prostitute, and a survivor
of pedophilia, Prosecutor selected from an outside jurisdiction, Public defender from an outside
jurisdiction, Police from an outside jurisdiction, Mental Health from an outside jurisdiction,
Counselor from an outside jurisdiction, or the entire panel.
