At the end of the course, student will be able to:

Understand the general IT concept

Understand the connection of IT in social science

Apply the principal concept using IT software

Synopsis:
In the belief that New Technologies contribute to the creation of wealth and the improvement of
social benefits for the people of Malaysia nor all over the countries, this course is design with aim to
explore the opportunities open to all Malaysians nor people all around the glob across all sectors to
realize the potential that ICT promise in the development of a knowledge society. Innovative use of
new services and applications depend on capabilities to assemble the necessary components of
national infrastructure to harness ICT development priorities. Since ICT does not operate in
isolation, there is a need to create appropriate conditions and self-awareness to harness ICT to
development needs.
