Republic of the Philippines, DepEd Region IVA (CALABARZON) October 1, 2015 DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. [80_, s. 2015 TO: — Education Program Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Administrative Service (Personnel) ‘School Heads DESIGNATION OF TEACHER IN-CHARGE AND OFFICER IN-CHARGE (ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY) 1, As a matter of policy, this Division will issue designation orders for Teacher In-Charge and Officer In-Charge of schools without Principal items and those with Principal items but unfilled, respectively, that will cover a period of two (2) years only. Thereafter, another teacher shall be designated to the same post for the same period, In the case of Officer In-Charge, his designation shall be terminated upon the appointment of a new Principal. 2. Re-designation of the Teacher In-Charge or Office In-Charge shall be subject for review of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent. 3. It is also reiterated that such designation shall be subject for ranking using the standards contained in DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 and Division Memorandum No. 280, 's, 2014. Candidates shall be taken from the more senior teachers in the school with their documents to be reviewed by the division Personnel Selection Board for both elementary and secondary schools 4. Anent this, all Public Schools District Supervisors are requested to submit attached District Profile of School Heads (Elementary and Secondary) on October 9, 2015 to the office of the Planning and Research Service through Mr. Marbin D. Fragata, Planning Officer III and the office of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendents. 5. This policy covers all designated Teacher In-Charge and Officer In-Charge of both elementary and secondary schools and shall be effective immediately. TOLENTINO G.
