Due to the strong growth of the company our client has given us the assignment to search for a fulltime:

FACILITY MANAGER (m/f)

Location: Schiphol-Rijk (headquarters)

Basic Purpose:

To handle all facility related matters, such as maintenance, repairs and expansions of current and new facilities in order to optimise operations in terms of stability (minimum down-time), cost effectiveness and security with maximum client satisfaction.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage all facility (management) activities Implement new systems Support Customer Implementation Process Co-ordinate service delivery of Value Added Services (VAS) Co-ordinate Health & Safety activities within operation Performance of actual maintenance Optimize capacity planning Support insurance processes

Qualifications:

Educated to a degree (bachelor) level in a technical field or local equivalent Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in a facility manager role, preferably in an industrial/mechanical engineering environment (e.g. full continuous factory) or; Experience in building a data center or; Sr. electrician/electrical engineer that managed implementation Understand Data Centre environment Strong technical background in electrical and cooling systems is preferable Fluent English

Compensation:

Salary: € 55,000,- plus car ex. Bonus and other benefits.
