Kosovada yeni gelimeler yaanmasna ramen, her alanda olduu gibi akademik almalarn
da yaplmasna ihtiya vardr. Prizren kamu niversitesi akademisyenleri ile gerekletirilecek bu
almada, alanlarn affetme eilimi ve intikam niyeti arasndaki etkisinin belirlenmesi
amalanmtr. Aratrmann verilerini toplamak iin anket teknii kullanlmtr. Aratrma
sonularna gre, intikam niyeti ve affetme eilimi arasnda anlaml ve pozitif ynde bir iliki
tespit edilmeye allacaktr. Regresyon analizi sonularna gre, affetme eiliminin ve intikam
niyetinin ruh sal zerindeki etkisi sonularna da ulalacaktr.

Relationship Between Organizational of Vengeance and Forgiveness Tendency: Research
Between University of Przren Lectures
Despite the new developments taking place in Kosovo, as in every field it is needed in making
academic work. Prizren will be held with the public university academics in this study, we aimed
to determine the effect between workers tend to forgive and revenge intention. The questionnaire
technique was used to collect the data of the study. According to the survey, between revenge and
forgiveness intention trend it will be studied to determine the relationship in a meaningful and
positive way. According to the regression analysis, trend of forgiveness and revenge intentions of
the results of the impact on mental health will be achieved.
