Infrastructure
Three dedicated encapsulation lines with a production
capacity of 2 billion capsules a year.
Main plant built up area of 74,000 sq feet.
QA, QC, R&D - 7000 sq feet.
Primary manufacturing area is of joint free epoxy ooring
and epoxy coving.
Area classi cation class 1,00,000 under controlled
temperature and humidity.
Utility services are provided without disturbing the
primary manufacturing area through walkable ceiling at
3 meters height.
Service area is independent for HVAC systems.
The facility is controlled by Siemens (BMS) building
management system.
Other services such as chilled water, electricity, compressed
air, generation set etc from independent block.
The manufacturing process is solvent free.
