Please be informed that at about 5:50 in the afternoon of October 3,
2016, personnel of this office implemented warrant of arrest at Brgy Angkileng Sta
Lucia, Ilocos Sur while conducting the scheduled checkpoint led by SPO4 Renato
Mangaya Jr, DCOP with the direct supervision of PSI RAMIL R. MENDIORO, OIC
together with 2nd Coy ISPPSC Sta. Lucia and RPSB1(augment) against Lester Polonio
y Aunor, 29 yrs old, married, resident of Brgy Ayusan this Municipality by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Richard T. Domingo, Judge of 11 TH MCTC, First
Judicial Region, Sta. Cruz Ilocos Sur dated September 28, 2016 docketed under
criminal case nr. 5423 for the crime of Direct Assault with recommended bail of
(P12, 000.00) twelve thousand pesos. Subject person is now under the custody of

Lucia, Ilocos Sur against Mark Anthony Isidro III y Silidio, 26 yrs old, single, resident
of Brgy Ayusan this Municipality by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon.
Richard T. Domingo, Judge of 11 TH MCTC, First Judicial Region, Sta. Cruz Ilocos Sur
dated September 28, 2016 docketed under criminal case nr. 5423 for the crime of
