ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Firstly, I would like to thank a lot to Mr. Haji Mehamad Manja Bin Anshary the owner
of AL-HIKMAH MANAGEMENT and his staff for allowing me to do my Students In
Enterprise Program (SIEP) in their company. They have given me their full support and help
whenever I needed in conducting this programed successfully. Throughout the two weeks of
my programmed, they have thought me a lot and I have observed, questioned and learned
about being an entrepreneur and how to improve myself to be a good successful person in this
area. The supervision and support that he gave truly help the progression and smoothness of
the internship program. The co-operation is much indeed appreciated.
Also, my grateful thanks also go to his staff, Kak Ain. A big contribution and hard
worked from you during the two weeks is very great indeed. All projects during the program
would be nothing without the enthusiasm and imagination from you. Besides, this internship
program makes me realized the value of working together as a team and as a new experience
in working environment, which challenges us every minute. Not forget, great appreciation go
to the rest of AL-HIKMAH MANAGEMENT agent that help me from time to time during the
project also sharing their experience during working in this area. The whole program really
brought us together to appreciate the true value of friendship and respect of each other.
Besides that, great deals appreciated go to the contribution of my Faculty of
Entrepreneurship and Business (FKP). I am also will like to thankful the Coordinator of SIEP
(FKP) Encik Ong Soon Chuan who giving a lecture about this program, and all the staff in
the FKP office that patient in helping me complete this program.
Last but not least I would like to thank my family who always there to support and
gives permission to work there, also for send me to work every day.

OBJECTIVE
Student in Enterprise Program (SIEP) is a program of the outboard or entrepreneurial
skills enhancement programs arranged by the students of the Faculty for faculty
entrepreneurship and business, University of Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) to provide additional
input to the learning activities in the classroom where the program using a combination of
pedagogical approaches such as observation, inquiry, learning through experience, case
studies and simulation exercises. Pedagogical approaches that will be used will be adjusted
and adapted to the learning level and themes identified. This approach will be used and
coordinated with the level of learning that I identify.
Since, I am Islamic Banking and Finance students I choose to work at AL-HIKMAH
MANAGEMENT where this was an takaful company which is Takaful IKHLAS. The
company mainly engaged in the provision of Islamic financial protection services based on
principles and Sharia law. Takaful IKHALS has strengthened its presence in the provision of
Islamic financial protection services based takaful system that puts the emphasis on the spirit
of cooperation and responsibility among participants. The reason I choose to do my
assignment at this company because I can learn more about this takaful area.
For this second session, Alhamdulillah, Ive been successfully complete it from 27th
of July until 3th of August 2015 at AL-HIKMAH MANAGEMENT
