the
accused

counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
states:
1. The accused may post bail in the recommended
amount of XXXXXXXXXXXX as per Warrant of Arrset
hereto attached as Annex A;
2. Accused

even before he was detained. As such, he could not
afford to post bail in the full amount of

4. In view of the financial difficulty of the accused, she
most fervently prays that she be allowed to post a

that she may enjoy provisional liberty;

6. The accused undertakes to be present at all times
during the scheduled hearings and when required or
