Section 11, Article II of the 1987 Constitution

the State values the dignity of every human person and guarantees full
respect for human rights.
Article 18 of the 1987 Constitution expressly recognized the continued validity
of the sequestration or freeze orders against the ill-gotten wealth of the
Marcoses.
a. Section 26 the authority to issue sequestration or freeze orders under
Proclamation No. 3 dated March 25, 1986 in relation to the recovery of illgotten wealth shall remain operative for not more than eighteen months
after the ratification of this Constitution. However, in the national interest,
as certified by the President, the Congress may extend said period.
Article 13 Social Justice and Human Rights
Article II
a) Section 11 the State values the dignity of every human person and
guarantees full respect for human rights.
b) Section 13 the State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nationbuilding and shall promote and protect their physical, moral, spiritual,
intellectual, and social well- being. It shall inculcate in the youth patriotism
and nationalism, and encourage their involvement in public and civic
affairs.
c) Section 23 the State shall encourage non-governmental, communitybased, or sectoral organizations that promote the welfare of the nation.
d) Section 26 the State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for
public service, and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law.
e) Section 27 the State shall maintain honesty and integrity in the public
service and take positive and effective measures against graft and
corruption.
f) Section 28 subject to reasonable conditions prescribed by law, the State
adopts and implements a policy of full public disclosure of all its
transactions involving public interest.
Article 14, Section 3(2) educational institutions shall inculcate patriotism and
nationalism, foster love of humanity, respect for human rights, appreciation of the
role of national heroes in the historical development of the country, teach the
rights and duties of citizenship, strengthen ethical and spiritual values, develop
moral character and personal discipline, encourage critical and creative thinking,
broaden scientific and technological knowledge and promote vocational
efficiency.
