MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION

RESPONDENT, through undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable
Office, most respectfully submits this Motion for Early Resolution, and in support
hereof, further avers, that:
1. This case was initiated sometime in June 2014 by Armalyn J. Lasprilla and
was filed before this Honorable Office by the Regional Prosecutor
sometime in January 2015;
2. The last pleading required to be filed by this Honorable Office was the
parties respective Position Paper, which respondent filed on January 29,
2016;
3. Since then, respondent is patiently waiting for the resolution of the abovecaptioned case as it caused him so much troubles and hassles;

4. Moreover, respondent is very much interested in the early resolution of

this case as he intends to apply for promotion in the near future;

5. Thus, the undersigned is requesting for the early resolution of this case so
as to put an end the hassles suffered by the respondent.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Respondent respectfully prays for the early

resolution of this case and a Decision be rendered dismissing the
instant case.
Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
