MOTION FOR LEAVE TO ADMIT ATTACHED ANSWERS
TO THE BAR EXAMINATIONS QUESTIONS IN CIVIL LAW

PETITIONER-MOVANT __________________ for and on his

own behalf respectfully states:
1. That I am a 4th year student of the College of Law of Aquinas
University of Legazpi presently enrolled this semester (A.Y.
2016-2017);
2. That I am enrolled in the Civil Law Review Class under Atty.
Antonio C. Bron;
3. That on I failed to submit my preparation assignment in Civil
Review Class which is the Answers to the Bar Examinations
in Civil law (specify);
4. That said failure was due to my misapprehension of the due
date upon which said assignment is to be submitted;
5. That while the same is admittedly an oversight on my part, I
humbly request for a consideration as it would adversely
affect my class performance and final rating in the said
subject and hence prevent me from completing the course
scheduled.
Thus, in the interest of fair play, this class through Atty.
Antonio C. Bron, is respectfully requested to admit the attached
Answers to the Bar Examination Questions in Civil Law ().
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays for leave to
admit the attached Answers to the Bar Examination Questions in
Civil Law (). All other reliefs just and equitable, under the
premises are likewise prayed for.
