1 Overview of this version

This version is based on the planning made in the second quarter in 2013. This version is geared to the need
of the engineers who work on network optimization.
This version adds new features as the following:
for UMTS: QoE, DPI Analysis, CDT EMI analysis, Results of UL/DL Association Statistic show on the
map, Improvement of location precision, Add MR indicator on CDT details, Add supported of cell group,
Parameters can be configured on UL/DL Association Scatter Map, Display TMSI and P-TMSI without IMSI
on RRC Request Analysis, Events of call drop on the map, VIP Signaling on the map by recent MR, Display
original cell and release cell on CellInfo and map in VIP user analysis;
for GSM: Add call drop type on Call Drop Analysis, Improvement of weak coverage and interference on the
map, Update reasons of Clear Request, Improvement of power control parameter intelligence optimization;
for All: Improvement of import data, Add check for Solaris10 u9 and u10 on installation.
