When you click the Admin button it will direct you to the next

You need to fill up here if you have an administrator account. And

Click Login. It will lead you to the Search Page.
Search Page where you can search for specific documents or fill up a
New Form.

Search and Fill-Up Page

On the Search Page click the Fill-Up Button and it will direct you to
the Fill-Up Form Page (the screen shot below) where you will be prompted
to input pertinent data regarding the document.

After filling-up the form click submit and your document will be submitted.
Clicking the Go Back Button will redirect you to the Search/Fill Up Page
where you can also search for documents
At the Search and Fill Up, you can also search for a specific
document and track its location by inputting the document subject or
number in the space provided and clicking the Find button.

Search Results Page

The Search Results Page will provide you with the Document
Number, the Subject, the date when the document was received, the sender,
and the recipient as well as the section where it is currently lodged.
