The meeting was called to order by Christian Fernandez, outgoing President, at exactly 1:15 pm.
Agenda:
I.

FIELD DAY

The gathering of payments for field day had been decided that the deadline is until
August 6 2014.

II.

STUDENT FEE COUNCIL

Thirty pesos ( 30.00) fee for the fund of CEIT that is used for SQUAA is to be paid on
second week of September.

III.

SMART DANCE COMPETITION

The audition for Smart Dance Competition is going to start in August 20 2014.
No entrance fee
Hip-hop is the category of dance
Open for all competitors and theres no limit for those who want to
join

INTRAMS
Intrams will be held on September 6-10 2014.
The deadline of two hundred fifty pesos ( 250.00) for the Polo shirt will be on
August 11 2014.

SEMINAR
For those four OFFICERS that is going to attend the seminar for leadership.

When: August 11 2014
Fee: 50.00

CAR SHOW
The car show is scheduled on September 10 2014.
August 30 2014 all the requirements should be approved.
Three hundred fifty pesos (350.00) is the entrance fee for the car show.

SHOP IMPROVEMENT
On August 8 2014 Friday all hanging signages will be installed.
For officers only, you are required to go to the autoshop at 8:00 am and
kindly bring working clothes.
