Future Generali Cashless (accident)

1. Call Future Generali call-centre at 1800 220 233 or 1860 500 3333
Provide all necessary information like policy number, nature of accident or theft, location of
the vehicle etc. The call-centre team will help you with the complete process and also guide
you to the nearest cashless garage if your car is not in a drivable condition. You can request
the call-centre to assist you with towing facilities or call the nearest cashless garage to
explore options.
2. A surveyor will be appointed by FG and will inspect the vehicle to assess damage and
provide you with an estimate. Submit all requested documents to the surveyor.
The spot survey will be completed within 24 working hrs.
The documents in case of accident claims are
Policy Copy
Claim form (these are normally available at the workshops or can be requested via
call-centre or downloaded from FGs website)
Copy of RC book
Copy of Driving License
3. FG will assess the damage and documents and communicate the approved claim amount
to the workshop after which the workshop will start repair of vehicle
4. Once the repairs are done, the workshop will inform you and you can collect your vehicle
from the workshop. You might have to pay some monies to the workshop for parts or
expenses that are not included in your policy coverage. The rest (i.e. the approved claim
amount) shall be paid by the insurer directly to the workshop

Future Generali Reimbursement (accident)


1. Call Future Generali call-centre at 1800 220 233 or 1860 500 3333

to the nearest cashless garage if your car is not in a drivable condition. You can request the
call-centre to assist you with towing facilities or call the nearest cashless garage to explore

Future Generali Theft


1. Call Future Generali call-centre at 1800 220 233 or 1860 500 3333 and report the theft
2. File a police complaint immediately in writing.
If your vehicle isn't found within 90 days, ask the police to issue you a Non-Traceable Report.
This is an undertaking given by the police that they are yet to find your vehicle.
Submit this report to the insurer for them to start the claim process.
2. Insurers will ask for documents such as -

Original Policy
Claim form
Original Registration certificate
FIR
Original Sales invoice & Tax receipt
Intimation to RTO (to inform RTO that the car is stolen and not to transfer)
Transfer papers
Indemnity Bond

3. Collect a final 'non-traceable report' from the police and submit to the insurance company.
The documents to be submitted at this stage are
Original Registration certificate
Original set of keys
Subrogation letter
4. FG will release payments to you or your financier (if the car was on loan)
Future Generali Third Party
Claim form duly filled and signed
Copy of the Certificate of Insurance cum Policy Schedule
Copy of Driving License of the driver at the relevant time of accident (with original for
verification)
FIR / Police Panchnama
Court Notice / Summons
Copy of Registration Certificate and other vehicular documents (with originals for verification)
