Continuous Tense

Utilizamos el Present Continuous para describir algo que est ocurriendo en el
momento en que estamos hablando.
A: What is Dave doing?
B: He's swimming in the pool

El Presente Continuo se utiliza para cosas que son temporales o estn ocurriendo
en el momento del discurso. A menudo se utilizan frases como at the moment,
now, today y this week con el presente continuo, para mostrar que no es una
situacin permanente.
He's reading his book at the moment.

Para construir el "present continuous" utilizamos el verbo to be ms la forma -ing del

verbo
I am watching TV.
She is watching TV.
A menudo hacemos contracciones con el pronombre de sujeto y el verbo 'to be':
I'm watching TV.
She's listening to music.
They're playing sport.

Para hacer preguntas negativas se utiliza to be + not entre el sujeto y el verbo

principal. A menudo se utilizan formas contradas de 'to be' y 'not'.
I'm not working at the moment.
She isn't working today.

Para hacer preguntas se coloca el sujeto entre el verbo 'to be' y el verbo principal.
Are you working at the moment?
Is she playing football?
