By: Vaishnavi, Aashna, Trisha and Meghana

Design brief: Developing a video on Repurposing discarded resources &
Information for Children, Young People and Families. This is mainly to
spread awareness about repurposing discarded resources.
The video must use colors, styles, format, that I chose at criteria A to be
appealing to the target audience.
The video must contain an environmental issue because our purpose of
the unit is to spread awareness.
The video is for school community so I need to use simple and informative
characters.
This product is perfectly safe because its just a video it doesnt harm
anyone.
The product should be size just good to see.
Function of this video is to spread awareness.

things like that will help the society.

Cost (Is there a

maximum cost? Is this
a material cost/time
cost/selling cost?)

There is no cost included, as it is a video and

we only need to bottles for the product.

limitations as to how
this can be created?
How much time is
needed to create the

Reason: We thought it was a suitable layout for the designer
solution and to express our opinions on recycling and how it is
needed.

Write the steps you will follow to create your

solution. Include the materials,
drawing/diagrams/target diagram/cycle diagram
and the technology you will use
Step 1-Go to a website to create the video

Step 2-Assemble the information and the materials required for

the product.

Step 3-Fill in the information in the video layout and then save
the video.

Understanding of Developing Ideas

Justify:
In this stage we had to present our understanding on the design idea
development. With the help of mindmeister we were able to layout the
instructions and needs for the design specification. We also had to answer
some questions to support our plan to build a product of our choice. At the
end we created a video for analysing our outcome.
