__________ issued by the Registry of Deeds of ________________________ a copy of
which is hereto attached as Annex A;
2. To apply, make, sign, execute and deliver surety agreements, promissory notes, or
any other pertinent documents of whatever nature or kind, which may be necessary
and proper in connection with his/her Distributorship Agreement with RBC;
3. To execute Deed of Absolute Sale, or any instrument relative to the property in the
event of foreclosure by RBC due to default in payments by my attorney-in-fact;
4. To constitute a Real Estate Mortgage (REM) on the property mentioned in paragraph
No. 1, as security for any availment made by way of a direct loan obligation; or to
constitute a Suretyship Agreement as security for any withdrawals made on his/her
Retained commissions and as security on his/her Bond build-up requirement under
RBC, with the concomitant authority to sign and execute aforementioned
documents or amendments thereto, including the power to appoint RBC as the
attorney-in-fact, to sell the property in the event of default as mentioned in
paragraph No. 3, to sign all documents and perform any act requisite and necessary
to accomplish said purpose;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act whatever requisite or necessary or proper to be done
in and out the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present and acting in person and we hereby ratify and confirm all that my said
attorney-in-fact shall do and had done lawfully or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
