In accordance wit the terms ofthe compliance agreement executed between you andthe City on
September 28,2016 (se attached), the City agreed not to revoke the Certificate of Occupancy for his
business due to the continued code violations so longa the City i fully and completely satisfied tht

Development Services staff conducted inspections of 326 Seguin and 404 Seguin on October 8 and
‘October 17°, 2016 co verify compliance with the agreement and found several code violations including

3. Your employees who accompanied DSD staff during the October 17® inspection indicated that they
have started paving some of the ste with asphalemilings without an approved site permit. This is a
rect violation of City Code Sections 10-6) and Sections 35-108 which require a permit to be
applied for and received from Development Services before any site work is performed
