before Panel 18.
You should bring along the following documents:

Original Letter or (CERTIFIED TRUE COPY) of all your promotion letters.

Originals of your Academic and Professional Certificates
Originals of Re-instatement or Secondment letters where applicable
Evidence of Change of Name where applicable
