Dear Sir,

This letter is to offer my reasons and request the same to be applied in the cancellation of my
Admission. I have an offer of admission from your esteemed University. I would like to shift my
studies to Harkove, based on personal reasons and the subject of preference. Henceforth, the only
way is to cancel my application at the Wisconsin University. I would like to request the
cancelation of my application as of this moment. It is my humble request to you, to aid me in the
process of this cancelation. To complete the letter, I would like to sincerely offer gratitude for
your time and support.
