3.0 EXPERIENCE GAINED IN THE PERIOD OF FOUR (4) MONTHS
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (I.T)
The experienced gained in the cause of the period with AKAGOD
COMPUTER SCHOOL, is that the computer instructor offers me great
opportunity for working towards the level of computing as a programmer, it
also offers me great opportunity in insight and adding more skills to my
programming carrier.
The industrial training helps me in knowing how to type and bind works
and also to do some other computer jobs
CHAPTER FOUR
4.0 PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
The first problem encountered was where to get the right training.
Establishment were not willing to take in industrial training students, I was
surprised that some of them behave as if the did not realize the importance of
the SIWES program to the well being of the country. The situation was even
worse in some companies were youth from the communities had to use violence
to ensure that only their own students were given the opportunity to be trained.
The industrial training allowance received from the firm I did my industrial
training was not enough so I used my money to complete it for settlement of
some expenses like feeding and transportation
No official from the industrial training fund (ITF) came to visit me as they
were supposed to at least to ensure that the students are receiving the training
relevant to their course of study.

and recommend that the federal government through ITF should organize a
work shop of sensitization campaign to educate this companies on the need to
take the SIWES program more seriously.
5.2 CONCLUSIONS
Anybody that truly went for these four months IT must surely something
good and interesting to present.
My experience in this training really built my academic mind and it emboldens
my sense of reasoning and understanding. I really benefited a lot from that
experience and I was also exposed to the reality we will face when we leave the
school; let no body deny him/herself the privilege of experiencing the industrial
training.
In order to promote the growth of the training, the following recommendation
should be posted and be adhered to.
First and foremost, students should be posted by the school to a place of
attachment in order to relieve the burden of looking for a place of attachment by
the student. The establishment needs proper management to enable them profit
and also equip the establishment.
