Puji syukur kami panjatkan kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa karena atas rahmat dan
karunia-Nya, kami dapat menyelesaikan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini kami laksanakan dalam
rangka menjalankan Kepaniteraan Klinik Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran
Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana, yang berlokasi di Puskesmas Kelurahan Jelambar Baru.

Semua pengunjung Puskesmas yang datang ke Puskesmas Jelambar Baru, Jakarta Barat pada
periode Oktober 2016. Sampel diambil dengan metode non-probability consecutive sampling dan
diberikan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 106 subjek. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini berupa
jenis kelamin, usia, riwayat keluarga, tingkat pengetahuan, diet tinggi purin, obesitas dan hipertensi.
Variable dependen berupa kadar asam urat darah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil
dari subjek penelitian dengan mengukur tinggi badan, berat badan, tekanan darah dan kadar asam
urat darah, serta menggunakan kkuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengunjung usia 30 sampai 70
tahun di Puskesmas Kelurahan Jelambar Baru periode Oktober 2016. Uji statistik menggunakan
T-tes dan Anova dengan batas kemaknaan ()=5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
adanya hubungan bermakna antara kadar asam urat darah dengan usia, diet, tingkat
pengetahuan,dan hipertensi.

Relationship between Serum Uric Acid Level and Other Factors that are
Related upon visitors Of Puskesmas Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Period
October 2016
The prevalence of uric acid related diseases in Indonesia is about 1,6-13,6/100.000 people,
whereas it increases with age and it varies in different places so as it requires the need for this study to
investigate the relationship between uric acid with other factors that are related amongst the patients of
Puskesmas Kelurahan Jelambar Baru. The research design used in this study is analytic and the approach
is cross-sectional. The reachable population includes all patients of Puskesmas Jelambar Baru across the
period the month of October 2016. Sample is selected using the non-probability consecutive sampling and
questionnaires were given to a total of 106 subjects. Independent variables includes gender, age, family
history, education level, high purin diet, obesity and hypertension. The dependant variable is serum uric
acid level. The data that were obtained were primary by measuring the height, weight, blood pressure, and
serum uric acid level including giving out questionnaires to the subjects from the age of 30 years to 70
years old. The statistic test used is T-test and Anova with a significant value of ()=5%. Results shows
there is a correlation between serum uric acid level with age, diet, education level and
hypertension.
