OF PHYSICS CLASS XII High School MOBILEPHONE USING THE
ADOBE FLASH PROFESSIONAL CS5.5. Thesis, Faculty of Teacher Training
and Education University March Surakarta. January 2014.
The purpose of this research to develop instructional media for applications such
as Mobile Pocket Book on High School Physics class XII material which is good
for high school students.
This study includes a descriptive study that uses research and development (R &
D). Development model used in this study is a model proposed by Borg and Gall
is a descriptive model that shows the steps that must be followed to produce a
product in the form of instructional media. Step-by-step development of
instructional media in the form of a mobile pocket book for Android that meets
both criteria, namely the preliminary study, the initial product design, media
creation, validation, and field trials. The data obtained through interviews,
questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive
qualitative analysis.
Based on the research results validation by experts on the material aspects of the
feasibility of the content or materials, including the media who have made the
criteria very well. The results of the validation by linguists on the feasibility
aspect of the language, the media have been made including the criteria very well.
The results of the validation by media experts on the feasibility aspect of the
media, the media that has been made was included in both criteria. The results of
the review by the teacher of Physics in material aspects, language, as well as the
media, the media that has been made was included in the criteria very well. The
results of peer review by the student in the material aspect, language, media and
media that has been made was included in the criteria very well. The results of
initial field trials by students, 75 % of students rate the media that has been made
was included in the criteria very well and 25 % judge the good category. The
results of field trials by the end of the students, the media has been made

including the criteria very well. It can be concluded that the pocket book media
for Senior High School of Physics Class XII on using mobilephone Adobe Flash
Professional CS55.5 is good to be used as a media of learning.
