2. Deskripsi Mata Kuliah
This subject emphasizes on health problems both acute and chronicle diseases commonly occur
in adult
body systems such as nerves, endocrine, urinary, integument, immune and
musculoskeletal system, which are caused by infection, neoplasm, congenital, trauma and
generative. This subject also seeks students Demonstrate nursing care to individuals based on
pathophysiology and clinical manifestations of all diseases and interpret related medical surgical
procedure diagnose. Teaching methodology uses several methods such as lecture, case study,
simulation, role play, practice and assignment.

a. Apply the nursing process approach to nursing care implementation to client with variety of
disturbances all systems with critical thinking
b. Consult clients problems to other health professions
c. Perform medication as a result of collaboration
d. Manage the diagnostic test and specific treatment as a result of collaboration
e. Provide the nursing care to the client with fluid and electrolyte imbalance
f. Provide nursing care to the client with safety and comfort alteration
g. Provide nursing care to the client with mobilization and ambulation
h. Provide nursing care to the client with rest and sleep alteration
i. Provide nursing care to the client with bowel and urinary alteration
j. Provide nursing care to client with terminal diseases
