2.) The purpose of this work is to explain how exercise relates to the brains

cognitive functions and impulses that we feel such as stress, or anxiety.


3.) The content includes scientific explanation and education on how the brain
responds to active, regular exercise. It also describes how it correlates to strong
impulses and even behavioral emotion and abilities such as sleep, self-esteem,
and energy/fatigue.
4.) Possible audience and most likely the target audience, are people who
undergo any of the typical negative feelings in their lives who cannot properly
regulate positive and negative emotions. Whether overweight or underweight, if
they struggle in their lives they could benefit from this book.
5.) This book is highly relevant to my project because it appeals to one of my
goals of the project which is to be able to healthily help people who struggle with
mental issues through a natural method of health.

3.) The content is large explanation on beneficial effects of committed
exercise in your life, as well as how it benefits specific mental disorders and
issues. Also it explains and suggests easy and small ways of starting or
introducing fitness into your life and provides descriptive and concise information
on multiple physical benefits for the body and mind.
4.) The general audience would be the general public of people who are
looking to begin exercising, see if exercising will help them in their current state,
or people who already exercise who want to learn of the various benefits.
5.) This article is highly relevant to my project because it educates on the
benefits of fitness and teaches about how it affects people with specific issues on
the positive spectrum.

facts but also dont touch on negatives even if there arent any to list, they dont

affects mental health.
3.) The content of this article is to offer information on how resistance training
affects mental disease, brain cognition, fatigue, and sleep. Also to present the
difference between how resistance training affects people and how strength
training affects people.
4.) The possible audience is fitness enthusiasts or people who are interested
in exercising for the purpose of positive change in their mental health, who all
ultimately share interest in resistance training or want to see the significance of
resistance training compared to other forms of fitness.
5.) This article is very relevant to my project as it presents information on how
a specific form of exercise affects the human mood, mental health, and physical
health. Also, it differentiates resistance training from other forms of fitness.
