1. Go to Kotak Mahindra Bank and fill the PAY-IN-SLIP available at their

counters with the information as provided above.
2. Kindly mention the amount and other things like currency denomination,
date, branch, name, account name, branch etc in a very neat manner
(only in Bold except signature)
3. Now deposit the money with pay-in-slip and in acknowledgement that
cashier will provide you with bank signed and stamped slip.
4. Take this receipt with you and now you need to write undergiven things
on your payment slip and then send us the scan copy of it with your
