EX-PARTE MOTION TO RESET HEARING

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully states:
1.

That the above-mentioned case is set for hearing on March 31, 2016 at
8:30 in the morning;

2.

That the undersigned will be attending the Regional Staff Meeting on

March 30-31 at Candon Civic Center, Ilocos Sur and Nueva Segovia
Consortium of Cooperative, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. A copy of the Regional
Order 15s. 2016 dated February 26, 2016 is hereto attached as Annex
A;

3.

That for reason above-stated, the undersigned will not be able to attend
the hearing of the above-mentioned case. Hence, this motion.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is likewise prayed of this

Honorable Court that the above-mentioned case set for hearing on March

31, 2016 be cancelled and reset to another date.
