IMPACT OF LESS TRAINING ON PRODUCTIVITY

PRODUCTION SECTOR OF PAKISTAN

Problem Statement
As Production is a sector to produce good products so Production
depends on Training, this research would focus on trained employee
and focus on production through customer care, cost& service .

Purpose of the study

The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship b/w Production
and well trained employee and to determine which aspect of training
affects on productions.

Scope of the study

Training is crucial factor for good production. Productivity is affected by
training. In order to make the customers satisfy through their product
every company strives to enhance its quality of services by good
production & it is possible by well trained employee. This research
finds out the relationship between training dimensions and better
productivity in production sector of any organization Pakistan .

Relevance of study
Training and productivity are two distinctive constructs but highly
correlated. It is concluded that to achieve good production in a
business must develop a high well trained employee. Good product
reflect particular behavior that indicates whether customer remain
loyal to product or to leave the organization. Good product is important
factor to motivate employee to work with effectively.. Good Product
quality is the basic factor of attracting and satisfying customers. In
Pakistan Production sector, the competition among different companies
has become fierce because many foreign companies are also operating
in Pakistan. This investigation measures the relation good productivity
and well trained of production sector in Pakistan.

Research design
Research method
The mathematical and statistical techniques would be used to
calculate the customer satisfaction and the sample of 100 mills
employee they are trained or non trained and then comparison with
their production. The questionnaires and structured interviews are
used as instruments of data collection.

Timeframe of study
The time frame necessary for the completion of the research project is
approximately 2 months.

Budget
The budget for this research project will be stated after the completion
of the project.
