Shri Prashant Pandey ji,

Jai Shri Ram!

Thank you for your response.
< the concept of rasis r there in all civilizations>
We read in Primary school level science books these days that Zodiac is an
imaginary circle extending a few degrees above and below yet another imaginary
circle known as ecliptic. And Mesha, Vrisha etc. rashis are twelve equal animals
of that very imaginary circle. That means that those animals, which people call
rashis, are more imaginary than the human imagination can envisage! In other
words, they are more unreal than the will o the wisp.
Pardon me for saying so, but it must have been only imbecile nincompoops who
believed that such imaginary animals were owned by one or the other inanimate
wandering body known as Mangal or Shani etc. who could not only decipher their
future but even make or mar it!
And they were coaxed to making offerings to those imaginary owners of
imaginary animals of an imaginary circle to get rid of their curses and to enhance
their position and wealth and even longevity etc. etc.
AND, AGAIN, PARDON ME FOR SAYIG SO, BUT I HAVE NO HESITATION IN
CALLING SUCH “CIVILIZATIONS” AS MENTALLY RETARDED!
And I am glad to say that I am one of the luckiest persons to have been born in
the Vedic civilization since the Vedic seers like real Vamadevas---unlike imported
Vamadevas of today--- have not referred to such imaginary animals like Rams
(Mesha) etc. even by mistake in any of the Vedas nor to any of their inanimate
lords like Mangal, Shani etc.
As such, you can rest assured that if you go by the real Vedic civilization, as
against what is propagated by “Vedic astrologers”, you will also be outside of the
circle of mentally retarded people!
“Proof of pudding is in the eating” was a famous catch word used by one of the
greatest “Vedic astrologers” of twentieth century. As such, let us see the proofs of
such mental retardation for ourselves:

I am told that a new group of non-Indian ancient astrology is being floated which
will discuss the “science of astrology” (sic!) practiced in countries other than
India. These countries are:

• Egypt
• Iraq (Sumerian: Urukian, Elamite, Babylonian)
• Iran (Assyrian, Zoroastrian, Parthian)
• Turky (Troy, Anatolian, Ionian/Yavana, Hittite)
• Central Russian (Bactia, Tajik, Camboja etc)
• Hellenistic (Minoan, Greek)
• Meso-american (Mayan, Olmec, Astec etc)
• Celtic (Galic, Welsh, Irish)
• Semitic (Jew, Biblical, Islamic)
• Chinese (Feug Sui, I-ching)
• Tibetan (Kalachakra)
• Burmese
• Srilankan etc.

And by “all civilizations that had the concept of rasis” perhaps you are also referring to
these very countries/civilizations!
I wonder whether you have even thought about the “good fortune” that befell all
those civilizations that “had the concept of rasis”! Let us discuss them one by
one, not necessarily in the same sequence as indicated above.
1. Mesopotamia/Babylonia is said to be the cradle of astrolatory, as per
all the evidence available as on date. It is said that they practiced this “science”
(sic)! right from third millennium BCE, if not earlier. And Babylonia is none
other than today’s Iraq! Those are the “blessings” of phalita that Babylonia is
reaping even now! Sins of father often visit his sons, is a very old saying, and as
per Bhishma and the Manu etc. “nakshatra soochis are papa moortis” and here is
the proof!

God has obviously spared the Vedic culture from such “benefits”.

2. Greece: From Babylonia predictive gimmicks went to Greece and we

know that Alexander the Great was the great “samraat” there. He even
conquered India, by making Hindu rulers astro-buffs.

But it is the same country that is on the verge of becoming bankrupt today,
because of Euro crisis! Astrolatory has had a direct “benefic” effect!

3. England: There was a time in the annals of history when the sun never
set on that land! But it appears that the sun never rises there now a days!

What “better” results could be there than such a “sate of affairs” thanks to their
infatuation with astrology!

4. China: Our next door neighbour is no doubt progressing by leaps and

bounds, but I am not sure that you can discuss astrology there openly!
And what type of progress it is, can be anybody’s guess!
5. Burma: It is another country known for its Burmese astrology—and a
poor lady there has been incarcerated for God only knows how long, just
because she wants democracy
6. Nepal: It was the only Hindu country---a theocratic State----in the whole
world ruled by a Hindu monarch who was supposed to be an Avatar of
Vishnu! Because the “Vedic astr0logers” there had “foreseen” that if the
crown prince married his sweet-heart the entire royal family would be
annihilated as the patris did not match! And as “Vedic astrologers” keep
on repeating, “forewarned is orearmed” that is why the king and queen
took all the precautions that the crown-prince and his sweet-heart did not
get married!

As could be expected, quite contrary to what had been predicted “on the basis of
imaginary lords of imaginary animals”, the crown-prince shot-dead the entire
royal family including the king and queen because of the hurdles in his marriage!
So the royal family did not get annihilated because the crown prince had married
his sweet heart, but because he was not allowed to do so! So you can see the
“benefic” results of such "consultations" for yourself!
Thus Phalita-jyotisha achieved what no power on earth could have done---it
decimated the only Hindu empire in a matter of seconds!
And we have a "valiant pracharak" from that very country who wants the Hindus
of India to use a coordinated "rashichakra", as if the "un-coordinated
rashichakra" has not been able to extricate its pound of flesh already!
Do you need any other proofs of mental retardation of “believing in rasis”

7. Srilanka: Well, you know what is happening there, thanks to their

infatuation with “Vedic astrology”.
8. Russia: Till a couple of decades back, the world was said to be bi-polar.
The famous stories of Czar and Czarina about their infatuation with
astrolatory are well known. And the result is for anybody to see.
9. India: It appears you have a good knowledge of history. If you just cast a
glance on that past history right from the advent of “phalita-jyotisha” into
India, i.e. right from about fith/fourth century BCE, you can well see it for
yourself that we were invaded by foreigners, because we started believing
in Atharva-Veda Parishtisha and Varahamihiras and imported Vamadevas
etc. instead of the Vedic lore, which advised at every step
uttishthatai jagrata prapya vran nibodhata

“Get up wake up and realize your SELF after knowing THAT from the realized
souls (and certainly not phalita-walas!)” ---- Katha-upanishada!
If you study the Alberunis’ India (I am uploading a soft copy in the files section)
you will see that in tenth century India, we had a free run for phalita-jyotisha!
And that was the time when Mahmud of Gazni was plundering our motherland!
Our rulers were consulting "narapati jayacharya"---as that is what Varahamihira
had advised them to do!---instead of joining their heads together to get rid of the
tyrant Mahmud of Gazni!
10. And the rest is history, as the saying goes! We were invaded by Tartars,
Huns, even by slaves (Slave Dynasty!) Moguls and what not and finally by East
India Company! And all along, our rulers had been consulting “raja-jyotishis”
(sic!) to check their rajayogas
11. Not in the distant past, “Vedic astrology” made the ruling Hindu Party
advance its General Elections by several months! And as could be expected by
such a hara-kiri, that party has yet to recover from the “future shock”. Want any
more proofs of "Vedic astrology" being a sign of mental retardation?
12. Can you believe it, our jagadgurus and acharyas and yogis and tantriks etc. of
today have forgotten to read even the Puranas whether Bhagavata or Vishnu or
Devi or Vishnu-dharmotara etc. All they read is Narada Purana or Agni Purana
--- and that also just because there are some “tidbits” about predictive astrology
there---apart from jyotish classis like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastram the worst
concoction, or Brighu Samhita etc. etc.!
These jyotishis will try their utmost for a “doctorate” in phalita-jytoisha and
they will some how or other append it to their names like Professor so and so, Dr.
so and so, even if they have never seen the portals of a University! Do you know
why? Because phalita-jyotisha is nothing but making “correct predictions” from a
“zodiac” which nobody knows whether it is real or imaginary or sayana or
nirayana or both or neither and so on!
And the net result has been that we are celebrating all the fasts, festivals and
muhurtas on wrong days, thanks to this business of phalita jyotisha, guided as we
are by such jagadgurs and “his holiness of art of this thing plus that thing (thing
means nothing but money!)!” etc. who have no idea as to when the Pauranic
Makar Samkranti or Karkata Samkranti etc. etc. is to be celebrated, or when the
real Dipavali must be celebrated. All they are doing is conferring “Doctorates”
and “Professorship” on those very nakshatra-soochis whom Bhishma called as
Brahmana-chandalas!
"How on earth did we survive such catastrophes in spite of our mental
retardation"? you may well ask!
I am reminded of a Urdu couplet of Sir Syed Ahmed Iqbal, of his famous poem
which we used to recite as morning prayers in our Primary School days in
Srinagar
“saare jahaan se achha hindostan hamaara, ham bulbulen hain iski yeh gulsitan
hamaara” i.e.
Our Hindustan is the best among all the countries. We are its birds and it is an
orchard for us.” And if you throw a glance on all the above listed “astro-
countries”, India is certainly much better than all of them even today!
I very often muse on his following lines
Iran misra roma sab mit gaye jahaan se
Ab tak magar hai bake nam o nishan hamaara
A running translation of these lines could be
“Whether it is Iran or Egypt or Rome, all have vanished from the globe—(astro-
buffs as they were!). But we are still going strong!”
Kuchh baat hai ki hastee mit-tee nahin hamaarii
Sadiyoon raha hai dushman dore jahan hamaara
“We have some intrinsic qualities (inherited from our real Vamadevas---who did
not touch predictive hocus-pocus even with a barge pole) that we have survived
such calamities, though the circumstances/odds have been against us for
centuries together”
And I may tell you that that INTRINSIC QUALITY IS THE NON-EXISTENCE OF
THE FATAL INFATUATION OF REAL VAMADEVAS for predictive gimmicks!
OUR VEDIC SEERS WERE REAL SEERS AND THEY COULD SEE THE
PERNICIOUS EFFECTS OF FATALISM AND THAT ALSO TO A NON-
EXISTENT ZODIAC AND THAT IS WHY THEY HAD NOTHING BUT DISDAIN
FOR THE SAME, irrespective of what our “scholars” of today may say!
I am really pained to see as to how our “scholars” are trying to vie with one
another to prove that predictive gimmicks emanated from India. They are even
getting grants from Government bodies or overseas institutions for spreading
“Vedic astrology” (sic!) there!
I may mention here that if, for the sake of argument and against all the proofs
and records, the Vedic seers had any infatuation with predictive gimmicks and
non-existent Mesha, Vrsiha etc. rahis, it should have been our duty to just to
refrain from highlighting such shortcomings in the Vedas. On the other hand, we
are ascribing and imposing on our Vedic seers such non-sense and obnoxious
phalita jyoitisha (mental retardation!) which they did not touch even with a long
pole! Fie on such scholars, and in fact I feel ashamed in calling them real
Bharatavasis!
Jai Shri Ram!

AKK,.

the concept of rasis r there in all civilisations, names differ max and all
of them r imaginary lines extended to dff shapes according to the names
given, the fact that knowledge flowed from various beings in any geographic
entity mankind thought alike. observed, adapted alike. Vedic civilisation
has more to show in terms of works. be it ganitha, samhita, ayurvedha, artha
shastra/ the concept of Zero, binary numbers etc are very much part of our
heritage.

Atharvana Veda has said to cover over 64 types of fuel/energy as well.

except that some ppl like it if it is imported from the ones who actually
stole such wisdom for this part of the world went to Arabian peninsula who
exported some parts to Europe etc. Chinese, Mayan have also a lot to show of
their own achievements, at least Chinese have recorded where they admired ,
adopted VEdic knowledge including Buddism, India too has used the gun
powder, tea, paper, Indiane ink from china, Chinese have their own version
of zodiac and interpretation more of the Buddist imagery.

best wishes
