Title: Im a Little Bunny Poem
Content Standard:
4.1 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to enjoy and
appreciate rhymes, poems and songs.
Learning Standard:
4.1.1 Able to enjoy action songs, jazz chants and poems through non-verbal
response.
4.1.2 Able to sing action songs, recite jazz chants and poems with correct
pronunciation, rhythm and intonation.
Educational Emphasis:
Values and citizenship, constructivism, thinking skills, multiple intelligence
(intrapersonal intelligence, kinaesthetic intelligence), contextual learning, knowledge
acquisition.
Moral Values: Love and respect other creatures.
Aim: To expose the pupils with the correct pronunciation, intonation and rhythm in
reciting poem and increase their understanding about the characteristics of bunny.

Behavioural Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
1. Recite the poem provided with correct pronunciation, rhythm and intonation.
2. Create their bunnys faces by colouring the masks with the guidance from the
teacher.
3. Explain the characteristics of the subject learnt from the poem.
4. Demonstrate their understanding by performing jazz chants and actions
based on the provided poem.
