Yogi Saputra, Gambaran Tingkat Depresi pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease
Berdasarkan Karakteristik Pasien yang Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa
di Ruang Hemodialisa RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu
Bengkulu Tahun 2015 (dibimbing oleh Des Metasari, Emi Febriani).
Menurut Nurchayati (2011) Depresi adalah kondisi gangguan kejiwaan yang
paling banyak ditemukan pada pasien gagal ginjal. Prevalensi depresi berat pada
populasi umum pada pasien haemodialisa prevalensinya sekitar 20% 30% bahkan
bisa mencapai 47%. Data dari RSUD Dr. M. Yunus terdapat 149 orang yang
menjalankan terapi hemodialisa Hubungan depresi dan mortalitas yang tinggi juga
terdapat pasien-pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa dalam jangka waktu panjang.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat depresi pada pasien
Cronic Kidney Desease yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa berdasarkan karakteristik
di RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.
Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif, data dikumpulkan
dengan membagikan kuesioner pada 60 orang yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa
tanggal 7 Mei s/d 13 Mei 2015 dengan teknik accidental sampling.
Hasil analisis uji univariat bahwa lebih dari sebagian responden 36 orang (60%)
responden mengalami tingkat depresi ringan, lebih dari sebagian responden 13 orang
(65%) berumur 36-45 tahun mengalami depresi sedang, lebih dari sebagian
responden 17 orang (65,38%) berpendidikan menengah menderita depresi sedang,
sebagian responden 10 orang (52,64%) berjenis kelamin perempuan menderita
depresi sedang.
Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Sebagai masukan untuk
program di masa mendatang sehingga dapat menentukan tindakan dan mengantisipasi
supaya tingkat depresi pada pasien berkurang bahkan hilang.

According to Nurchayati (2011) depression is a condition of a psychiatric
disorder which most commonly found on patients with renal failure. The prevalence
of major depression on general population of Haemodialysis patients was
approximately 20% - 30% could even reach 47%. The data from Dr. M. Yunus
hospital showed that there were 149 people who run hemodialysis therapy. The
correlation between depression levels with a higher mortality also found on patients
who undergo hemodialysis in the long term. The purpose of this research was to
know the description of levels of depression on Chronic Kidney Disease patients
based on the characteristics of the patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in dr. M.
Yunus hospital Bengkulu.
The method used was descriptive research design, the data were collected by
distributing questionnaires to 60 people who underwent hemodialysis therapy on May
7 s / d May 13, 2015 by accidental sampling technique.
The results of univariate analysis revealed that more than 36 people, the
majority of respondents (60%) experienced mild depression, more than 13 people or
the majority of respondents (65%) aged 36-45 years were depressed, more than 17
people or the majority of respondents (65.38 %) suffered from moderate depression
had secondary education, the majority of respondents; 10 people (52.64%) were
female suffered from moderate depression.
The researcher suggests to the institution of Dr. M. Yunus hospital to provide
programs in the future to determine the actions and anticipate that rate of depression
on patients.
