Methodology
Data will be collected through questionnaire filled by employees.
Quantitative research method will be used in research paper.
Findings
This study finds that the organizational culture does influence the human
behavior, attitude, and job performance regardless of effects which could be
positive or negative, sometimes depending on styles [1]. Through previous
study the results shows that a corporative and innovative culture has a
positive effect and rigid or aggressive may have a bad influence on
employees.
Practical Implication;
Value
This paper will help to analyze the impact of organizational culture on
different prospects of human behavior, attitude and job performance.
