Dear Community Partner,

At Manchester Valley High School, we take great pride in the
athletic programs at our school and our strong ties to the local North
Carroll community. On Wednesday, August 31st, the Manchester
Valley Athletic Boosters is holding the Stampede to welcome
students, parents and public to our school. This is a family fun
community event and we are seeking sponsorship from local
supporters and businesses!
Please help us kick off the 2016-2017 school year by sponsoring the
Mavericks Stampede. The 1 Mile Run/Walk from the Manchester
Carnival Grounds to Manchester Valley High School is the kickoff
event to our academic and athletic school year. We are expecting 500
runners this year, and are offering multiple ways for your business to
be involved: race sponsor, donate items to runners packets,
participate in the community marketplace or show your support on a
stadium banner.
The Manchester Valley Athletic Boosters sponsorship opportunities
are intended to build partnerships and mutually beneficial
relationships with community businesses. Through a sponsorship,
businesses can support Manchester Valley High School while
receiving great exposure among the North Carroll community.

make a copy of the form for your records and remit form and payment

For all Race Sponsor levels, you have the option to participate in the Runners Packets and
Community Marketplace at no additional fee. Deadline August 5th
RUNNERS PACKET:
Your company can provide items to be placed in the runners packets. Previous bag items have
included advertisements, coupons and promotional items. Your company is responsible for providing
500 items that are no larger than 8 x 11. All donations for the packets are needed by August 22nd.

COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE:
The Community Marketplace will be set up in the courtyard of Manchester Valley High School during
the Stampede between 5 pm and 8 pm. Its here where the community can learn more about your
business and products. Booth space is $20 per business. We encourage you to bring a tent and table
to the event (tables not provided by MVHS). Vendor/ Sponsors Display Table check in and set up
begins at 4:00pm on August 31st. Deadline August 22nd.

STADIUM BANNER PROGRAM:
Our Stadium Banner program gives you unique, optimal exposure and promotion to our community
while making a huge impact on our school with a generous contribution.
Deadline August 22nd.
Your banner will be displayed inside our main stadium for both the fall and spring sports seasons.

You will be contacted for your logo and other information so that the banner may be made and hung in the stadium.
Carroll County Public Schools Board Policy KHBA - SCHOOL-RELATED FUND RAISING requires that conditions be met
and specific guidelines be followed with wording and graphics on banners.
