Days of the week

We are learning about the days of the week.
There are three parts to this that we are
working on. For homework the children must
practise the tasks below:
1.Correct Order
o List the days of the week in the correct
order: Monday-Tuesday- WednesdayThursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday
o Start on different days e.g. WednesdayThursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday-MondayTuesday
2. Before/After
o Answer before questions: e.g. What day
comes before Monday? What day comes
before Friday?
o Answer after questions: e.g. What day
comes after Saturday? What day
3. Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow
o Answer yesterday questions: e.g. If today
is Wednesday what day was yesterday? If
today is Friday what day was yesterday?
o Answer tomorrow questions: e.g. If today
is Tuesday what day will tomorrow be? If
today is Friday what day will tomorrow be?
