Facilities Master Plan Update November 2016

Update 8 | November 2016

Second phase of consultation launched October 31 we want to hear

from you!
The Facilities Master Plan relies on extensive engagement to ensure that recommendations reflect the needs of
residents. In our first phase of consultation (November 2015 to June 2016) we heard from over 3,500 people. Their
input informed the plan's principles and emerging directions, and is being used to identify facility needs. Learn more
at What We Heard.
On October 31 we launched our second phase of consultation to check in and get more information on what facility
improvements are most important to people. Our goal is to engage as many people as possible, and to get feedback
from a wide range of people and groups that represent Toronto's diverse communities.
There are many different ways to participate:

Spread the word to your contacts and networks so we hear from as many people as possible
Complete our quick and user-friendly online public survey (available Nov. 4)
Use our discussion guide and feedback toolkit for individuals and groups (available Nov. 4)
Share your thoughts using our online feedback form
Talk to us in person at a series of 14 pop-up consultations across the city
