Reference: MRT Station divisions(in between stations)Every station adjacent to each

other should communicate to define the exact boundaries.
- Min. of 2 Blocks per side of the road
( landmarks should be considered first. If an important landmark does not
cover the minimum boundary per side of the road, should you extend your
area.)
