Ringkasan tugas :
1. Develope long range and competitive strategy for HSM products
2. Prepare Annual Marketing Plan and Sales Forecast for HSM group 3. Assist HSM to prepare Annual Marketing Plan and Sales Forecast 4. Coordinate with Advertising agency to develop advertising programs 5. Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations. 6. Gather continuous intelligence on the products, customers, new problem and opportunities
Tanggungjawab lain :
1. Establish and direct profitable and cost effective marketing and
sales programs to avariety of market segments 2. Maintain sales awareness throughout HSM Hotels 3. Monitor competition 4. Consistently monitor results to goals 5. Work closely with other Departments to formulate sound sales and marketing ideas 6. Ensure customer satisfaction 7. To conduct Sales and Marketing Training focusing on the following; 7.1 Techniques and skill in selling rooms 7.2 Techniques and skill in selling F&B, catering, meeting rooms and A/V 7.3 Customer service orientation and instill a guest service attitude 7.4 How to resolve and de-escalate conflicts and build morale and spirit. 8. Provide leadership to achieve and conceptualize RHSMs mission, goals and objectives. 9. To sell concepts and ideas to management, peers and other employees 10. Demonstrate ability to lead by example, participative management style and to follow/enforce company policies and procedures 11. Consistently call on new customers and develop new business 12. Make on-site and field presentation to prospective clients whenever necessary 13 Consistently make cold calls and pursue new accounts on a weekly basis 14. Track record and developing long term business relationship 15. Maintain consistent and written communications with clients 16. Attend trade shows, organize and participate in sales blit 17. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for RHSM and HSM 18. To submit and provide ideas and assist on implementation of new ideas for the improvement of RHSM and HSMs operation, empowered by RHSM. 19. To be fully responsible towards actions taken and carried out by your subordinates, their output, performance and career enhancement. 20. To find avenues and practice good management to increase output while reducing operational cost and to seek means of creating revenue for RHSM. 21.
