school.

CHAPTER 5

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Conclusions
After the gathering of all the data from chapter 1 up to chapter 4, the researcher
concluded that the implementation of the new curriculum gave an impact to students by
giving their own perceptions or insights towards the certain topic. It was good
opportunity for the students that this study be made because it gave an idea for them on
how they can use their freedom of speech or freedom on giving their own perspective,
on when they use their voice as students and also an idea on why the curriculum is
important in any course program in all universities and colleges all over the world. In
addition, this study will help the PMI Colleges if they want to know the percentage or the
number of students who have an awareness towards the curriculum that they are
implemented. Also, awareness on how the information disseminate and if the
information properly disseminated not only for one student but for the all the students of
the university or colleges.
Furthermore, we all know that having a good curriculum will help the universities
or colleges to achieve the progress in academically speaking. But we need to consider
also the capability of the students by means of their intellectual manner, it is the most
important first step before planning of changing the curriculum because the one who will
use the curriculum is the students and not the school. What if the students are not too
confident in changing the curriculum maybe because they are using the old curriculum
for a long period of time and it is hard for them to adjust, what would be the solution of
the administration? They will push the new curriculum even if the students are not fit to
it or they will consider the students academic status?
Moreover, one of the problems of the students particulary the respondents of this
study is the orientation for the students if the school will implement the new curriculum

in a particular course program. It is obvious that not all students are aware on
implementing the curriculum. Communication is the problem. Disseminating an
information by means of conducting a seminars or orientation are the things to consider
beforehand and that is the best solution for that.
