The mock interview:

I am keeping myself ready within the day I applied the website for that position by doing more and
more research regarding the organization and which the services they are providing and each more
points relating to the organization which may help me for answering the questions of the
interviewer .
I did an interview on 24 Oct 2016 with the Chief of the Human Resources of one of the confidential
Company in Abu Dhabi for the position of the Business Development Manager.
As well as , I am coming for the interview 1 Hour earlier of the interview within wearing the official
address matching on with the job I am doing with them the interview .

The mock interview review :

I am evaluating myself by recording myself during the interview and repeating listening for the record
several times after the interview for providing the real evaluate for me for avoiding the negatives on
any future interview and encouraging the positives matters happening during the interview .
As well as, I asked many friends them feedback by sending for them the records. Most of them agreed
with the points I think that as a negative issue happening from me such as avoiding to repeat the
points I mentioned earlier during the interview.

In addition , they advised me for asking the interviewer more questions relating to the promotion and
which the courses they will send it to me and which the positions and responsible I will handle it
within 5 years after improving myself more and more and putting all of my efforts for handling more
responsible .

My strengths in the interview:

I think there are many strengths I showed during the interview such as how I am replying for the
interviewer on time without interrupting him during the speaking.
Also, I am answering the questions he asked probably relating to the organization which may help for
giving him the good feedback about me.
There are many examples of the questions I handled well such as his questions of more details
regarding the services they provided and how they are introducing the products for the consumer and
where they branches in the U.A.E and how many branches they have it in the world.

The areas in need of improvement:

I think I need to improve myself more and more regarding how to handle it any sudden questions
from the interviewer relating to the current organization and which the real reason let me think about
for leaving them.

I decide on the future for avoiding that question happening again taking on positively for the current
organization on the beginning on the interview with thanks them for appreciate my works as usual for
avoiding the question in the middle of the interview.

My Learning:
I learned many points from that interview regarding how to encourage myself and trust for the
abilities I have it.
I am learning many things from the record I am using during the interview for avoiding the negatives
and encouraging the abilities and skills I have it for becoming the professional in the future.

self-evaluation:

In generally, I think I did it well during the interview and following them needed as they were
mentioning.

As well as, I am answering well for the questions. However, I think I need to work for myself for
reading more English Books for increasing my knowledge and know more and more vocabulary for
becoming the professional on English speaking.
In addition, I need to read more and more and doing many types of research relating to the
organizations where I am going on to do any future interviews.
