Dedication
First of all the researchers will dedicate the system to the Copy Pacific Trading &
Services to improve their Sales and Inventory System. We propose this system to help
the company to minimize time and well organized. The researchers would also dedicate
this to their family who is always there for them to support and inspire them to do this,
also to their adviser who is giving advice to them to make this system possible.

Acknowledgement
First of all, the researchers are very thankful because of the knowledge that is
acquired. The researchers was thankful also because the researchers were practiced in
a thesis making. The people behind this system were thankful to Mrs. Gloria Dela Cruz
for guiding and helping the researchers to make this thesis. The researchers were very
thankful to God for guiding and protecting since the start of this study. With this study,
the researchers learned more and be more ready for the future.

Abstract
The Sales and Inventory for Copy Pacific Trading & Services was established in
order to create a system which aims to solve the problems that currently occur within
the Copy Pacific Trading & Services located at 142 West Avenue, Quezon City, Metro
Manila. While the processes of the sales and inventory are still on the traditional bean
counting process, several problems were identified by the researchers, front desk
personnel and the owner. No existing system represents difficulty in making sales and
inventory transactions resulting to a delay in making reports. In this sense, keeping
track and recording of the stock in and stock outs of the products is another problem to
be examined as well. In order to solve the existing problems, the researchers proposed
the Sales and Inventory System for Copy Pacific Trading & Services.
Developing this system using the Kendalls System Development Life Cycle
was applied as an organized way to determine the concerns of the company. Aside from
the information collected during the interviews with the owner of Copy Pacific Trading &
Services, the owner of the company suggests that they need a sales and inventory
system both in local and foreign areas. With this, the researchers were able to get ideas
about their manual sales and inventory system to develop better sales and inventory
system.
