Manager, Artists, Cook, Security Personnel, Maintenance personnel, Bookkeeper and Cashier.

Managing Partner
Job Description
The Managing partner is the one accountable to the overall operations of the business. The
managing partner must delegate himself to make the best out of the company, he must ensure that the
business maintains its competitiveness in the market. This is similar to a chief executive officer in a
corporation in terms of duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Has the responsibility to direct the business to attain its mission and vision
2. Has the responsibility to set the short and long-term goals and strategies of the business.
3. Giving guidance and direction, determining accountability and monitoring of work of the
Operations Manager, Finance Manager and Marketing Manager.
4. Creates a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, cooperation and
collaboration between employees.
5. The one who has authority to all cash disbursement transaction.
6. Provides regular reporting and analysis to the partners dealing with finance, operations and
marketing aspects of the business.
7. Creates program budgets for operation, finance, and marketing offices.
8. Presents a face and voice for the firm to media, professional regulatory bodies and others.
9. Perform such other duties, functions or activities as agreed upon by other partners.

a. Operations Manager

Job Description

The Operations Manager must plan, oversee and smooths transactions of the business. The
Operations Manager is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of the business. The
Operations Manager will be responsible for helping and creating organizational and program budgets in
collaboration with the Managing Partner.

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
-- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management,
business process and organizational planning.
2. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
3. Responsible for maximizing the revenue of the business, making it sure that the employees
are working effectively and efficiently.
4. Monitors the work of the cook, artists, security personnel and maintenance personnel,
ensuring camaraderie between and among them.
5. Prepares purchase orders for the materials and supplies needed in the business.
6. Supervise and coach the employees on a weekly basis.
7. Sets goals and objectives and establish policies for various departments in the organization.
8. Perform such other duties, functions or activities as agreed upon.

b. Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Marketing Manager must determine the demand for products and services offered by the
business and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of
maximizing the firms profit while ensuring the satisfaction of the customers. Oversee development or
monitor trends that indicate the need for new product or services.

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Develop pricing strategies, balancing the firms objective and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment
objectives, market characteristics, and cost markup factors.
3. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with
developers, advertisers, to market the services provided.
4. Prepares marketing budget and coordinate it with the managing partner.
5. Responsible for creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing
plans.
6. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for services.
7. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are
kept informed of marketing objectives.

c. Finance Manager

Job Description
The Finance manager should manage funds in such a manner as to maximize return on
investment while minimizing risk, and while ensuring that an adequate control structure is in place over
the transfer of investment funds. Furthermore, the finance manager engages in financial analysis in such
areas as forecasting, budgeting, and cost reduction analysis. Finance manager must also analyze every day
financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to Managing partner on future financial
plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
2. Responsible for application of accounting policies and procedures.
3. Monitor the bookkeeper and cashier.
4. Advise on acquisition of long-term assets.
5. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
6. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
7. Develop trend and projections for the firms finances.
8. Prepares and communicate the overall budget of the business to the different offices then to the
Managing partner.
9. Review the performance of competitors and report it to the managing partner.
10. Analysis of costs of capitals and advices on optimal sources of funds.
Qualifications
1. Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age but not more than thirty five (35) years old,
male or female
2. Must be a graduate of Management or Finance course
3. At least 1 year experience in a similar position and experience with operations preferred.

d. Cook

The Cook is the one in charge for all the menus being offered by the business. The cook must
ensure that the foods offered are fresh and delicious. He must prepare and cook the food being served.

Follow sanitation guidelines


Delight customers by preparing delicious food
Adhere to safety procedures
Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different
orders simultaneously
Stock inventory appropriately
Inform the manager if a replenishment of ingredients is necessary
Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement
Garnish every order to catch the customers appetite
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients in conformity with the menu
Estimate expected food consumption, then requisition or purchase supplies

Fine artists create original works of art, through a variety of methods such as paintings,
sculptures, drawings, engraving. Fine artists are responsible for assisting the customers in creating their
masterpiece through paintings, drawings, and paper clay art.

f. Security Personnel

Job Description
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and
monitoring premises and personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment;
inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
2. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

3. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances


4. Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
5. Report in detail any suspicious incidents
6. Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
7. Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/ emergency equipment.
8. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard
against theft and maintain security of premises.

g. Maintenance personnel

Job Description
Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on County
buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. The Maintenance personnel must continuously
provide the highest of maintenance standards in all work and service. The Maintenance Personnel will
maintain an atmosphere and service that are conductive to guest satisfaction, ensuring future returns.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Is responsible for the facility grounds: the grounds must be free from hazard and be
maintained in an orderly manner.
2. Is responsible for maintaining the building in good repair
3. Is responsible for assuring the electrical system is in good working order and all electrical
appliances are in good working order.
4. Is responsible for assuring that all plumbing is in working order and in good repair.
5. Is responsible for organizing fire drills and assuring that all fire safety equipment is working.

h. Bookkeeper

Job Description
A Bookkeeper maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts,
posting transactions, and ensure legal requirements compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for reviewing the entries in the books of original entry
2. Must prepare a monthly financial statement and report to the managing partner
3. Prepares the payroll account
4. Prepares check vouchers for cash disbursement purposes
5. Must maintain all receipts regarding the business transactions
Qualifications
1. Male or Female, holder of a bachelor degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or
other related course.
2. Must be a computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel and other Accounting software
3. Must have at least 1 year experience with the same or related position
4. Must have highly analytical and problem solving skills
5. Must have integrity and is trustworthy
6. Data entry skills
7. Must have good communication skills both written or verbal

i. Cashier

Job Description
Receive money in establishments other than financial institutions. Usually involves use of
electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greets customers entering the establishment
2. Receives payment by cash, credit cards, checks, or vouchers
3. Prepare and issue official receipts with the help of POS machine
4. Issue change, refunds, and receipts to customers
5. Must maintain records of customers
6. Redeem stamps and coupons
7. Must introduce the service rate of the company, including promotions and discounts
8. Receive transaction and reservations though phone calls, personals or e-mails
9. Responsible for communication with the customer or solving customer issues through phone
calls, personal, or e-mails.
10. Counts the cash from start of the shift and at the end of the shift
11. Must sort, count and wrap currency and coins.
Qualifications
1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age but not more than thirty (30) years old, male or
female
2. Must be High School graduate or higher educational attainment, preferable college students
with accounting or other business related courses
3. Must have at least 1 year experience with the same or related position
