This is Md. Nayeem Hossain, a student of BBA Department of IUBAT and my is ID:
14302044. I am from Saver, Dhaka. My father name is Md. Shahjahan Molla who is a Police
and my mother name is Nahida Akter who is a housewife. I passed my SSC from Manikganj
Govt. High School, Manikganj which GPA-4.25 and HSC from Govt. Devendra Collage ,
Manikganj with GPA-4.20. After my HSC, I got admitted myself in IUBAT University in 2014.I
doing my major in Finance and Banking, and I want to a Banker in my professional career.

I want to be a banker because, here I can work in a professional

environment with a high salary and most banks offer medical, vision
insurance and other benefits. It is the most prestigious job in our society.
For different reason, I prefer United Commercial Bank at probationer officer
in the banging. United Commercial Bank (UCB) is one of the leading
commercial bank in Bangladesh whose have 158 branch across the country.
They are looking for smart, young, hard worker, self-motivate, confident
and energetic fresh graduate. Due to many branch and first growth Bank in
Bangladesh every year they recurred many employees. Probationary officer
on recruitment will pass through structured coaching, training and
profession development process so that their full potential is realized . UCB

For Probationary officer job requirement are needed

Academic qualification: Applicant should have 4 years graduate in

Finance/marketing/accounting/management/banking/MIS/math/
Economic from UGC approve reputed University with at least CGPA
3.00 out of 4.00 or first class; Candidate should have minimum
CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00.

Strong computer skill in MS Office.

Age not over 30 years

Willing to work anywhere in the country.

Selection Process :

The selection process will be purely and merit based

Candidates will have to sit for competitive written test
Successfully candidates in written test will be called for interview.

For written exam candidate have to answered two types of question, MCQ and written
question. They ask on three branch question . They are Language and communication skill:
40 marks
Mathematic :
30 marks
Analytical ability and General Knowledge : 30 marks

I have all the academic qualification and now I am trying to improve my personality and exam
questions solution. I am reading many Bank Job Book and BCS book that will help me to solve
bank job question.

There are few sectors that I am looking forward to work after graduation is given below:

1. Insurance Company: Today, many of the best jobs in finance are in the insurance
business;. Because population continues to rise, as does individual wealth, the need
for insurance will continue to grow. Working in insurance means assisting companies
and individuals in guarding themselves against loss.

2. Education/Training: This family of classes and practical experiences develops the

art of teaching, planning and administration in schools, colleges, technical institutes
and businesses. Education is one of the basic rights of children and states always need
qualified teachers.

3. Garments & Textile: Garments & Textile industries provide the single source of
economic growth in Bangladesh's rapidly developing economy. Exports of textiles
and garments are the principal source of foreign exchange earnings. Every Garments
& Textile have finance department where we can join.
